As I previously mentioned, there are over 1.4 million members at Wealthy Affiliate. That is why the
response to your questions and/or discussions is so quick. Someone is always there to help, no matter the time of day. Also, everyone is professional and eager to help. When I joined the community, I had no less
than 20 members send welcome messages within the first hour on the site, including one of the owners.

It seems to me the people are there for the right reasons. The community will help and encourage you throughout the process. It’s a caring community that is so large that at any given time there are thousands of members on the site who are willing to help.

The Support – Need Help? Get It Within Minutes

If you have a question at Wealthy Affiliate you will get an answer in a matter of minutes. This is also true about the technical support. It is simply amazing! When I built my website, I was having trouble logging into the administration area. I opened a ticket with technical support and I swear they replied in 7 minutes. I couldn’t believe it! The support team also solved another issue I had. I honestly believe that Wealthy Affiliate has the best support system around, whether is from the community or the technical side.

The Websites – One Of The Best Platforms Anywhere

If you want to succeed in the online arena you will need a great website. Wealthy Affiliate provides to its members an amazing platform to do so, which is called SiteRubix. SiteRubix gives you the tools necessary to build and operate an amazing website or sites (yes multiple). You can have 2 free websites (hosting and
everything) as a Starter member, which is their free membership tier. However, if you are a Premium member, the paying membership tier, you can have up to 50 websites (hosting and everything). Similar web hosting services can cost you up to $250 a month!

As you see the SiteRubix platform consists of 7 areas. The SiteManager section is where you see details and stats about your website, as well as logging into the admin area. SiteBuilder is where you go to build your website, which literally takes 30 seconds. SiteDomains is the section dedicated to finding, registering and buying domain names. The next section, SiteContent, is where you navigate to so you can create pages and posts for your website. SiteComments is the place you go to get comments on your site, which helps with search engine rankings. Then there is SiteFeedback, the area where, you guessed it, you get valuable feedback that will helps improve your website. Finally, the SiteSupport section is where you create a ticket for technical issues (where I went with my login issue).

As you can see, the SiteRubix platform offers an amazing website and hosting service that is hard to beat, especially for the price (I mean 2 websites for absolutely free with the Starter membership or up to 50 with the Premium membership). The platform is very user-friendly, and with a click or two, your website is built and you’re creating content.
